The Mobile Store in Hitchin have saved me in a time of need and after having been totally RIPPED OFF elsewhere (icrack)Sadly don't remember the guy's name but he was GREAT! Very helpful and polite and ensured repairs were complete ahead of my exams. Would 100% recommend. Replaced my MacBook Air screen with GENUINE apple screen in only a few days. NO SCAMS HERE!! A big thank you from me :)
False advertising and dishonest. The ‘owner’ seems to say anything for a sale but aftercare is poor. Old school car salesmen type service.Initial experience I was very satisfied as fast iPhone screen repair at a competitive price.However after a few weeks the quality of the screen was questionable.I dropped the iPhone again and the screen broke (my fault accidental damage) but was pleased that mobile phone store offered half price screen repairs within 6 months of initial repair.Unfortunately the ‘owner’ of this store refused to honour this even though its clearly stated on his website and was clearly stated and offered at the time of purchase.Not the worst store in the world but lack of honesty lets them down, hustling type salesmanship appears a bit outdated.
Popped into the Mobile Store Hitchin to buy a new Fitbit charger as my Fitbit had stopped charging. They were very helpful. And they fixed it for me free of charge! Very honest. Told me I didn’t need a new charger. And they sorted it for me by cleaning the charge socket for me. Very pleased!
